Return Policy
We understand that sometimes it's difficult to purchase the right size or style online. That's why we offer our customers a 30 day Refund Policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it. All clothing items must be in the same condition as when you received them, and must show no signs of being worn. Please note, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping when returning merchandise.
ELIGIBILE PRODUCTS
All products are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date, with the exception of custom designs as described in our 'Products Not Eligible for Return' section. Our customer service team is available to help with any questions or concerns you may have.
PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBILE FOR RETURN
Custom designs are not eligible to be returned as each product is tailored to the customer's individual needs. All products are made to order and inspected for quality and accuracy before shipment. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue.

We currently do not offer exchanges at this time. Please follow the above instructions for a return, then you will need to go back to https://www.sheshedpnp.com/ and place a new order.
CREDITS ON RETURNS
Once we receive your return shipment, please allow 3 – 5 business days to process your refund. Your bank or credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
